Details

When the page loads, the text in the table of pricing plans is overlapped.
However, after about 30 seconds, the table straightens itself out.
T Kho: what build id are you seeing this bug with? The text looks fine for me 
with the 2000110104 trunk build on win2k.
Enter zip and select location to get to the page.
It takes less than 3 sec. to reflow the table on a reload. I think this is more
a normal reflow that is visible, so my suggestion is 'wontfix'
I'm seeing the text mashed together, but only un-mashes on reload. (highly
technical term - mash)

The HTML on this page is pretty messed up.  I tried to get a reduced test case,
but can't seem to get one that works reliably...
