steps to reproduce:
1.Log in as admin
2.Load https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/64249/reviews
3.Click on the link to show the two previous reviews by the same user.
4.Delete one of the reviews
5.refresh

observed behavior:
After refresh,the deleted review is listed again.

1. Add a review to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/addon/182403/
2.As and admin,delete the newly added review
3.Reload the page.

observed behavior:
After refresh,the deleted review is listed again.

Everything gets deleted, but the page is cached in zeus until bug 575823 is fixed.  If you had some junk to the url in a query param you can see that it works.
