On start up the computer does not automatically connects to the Bellsouth DSL, IE8 does connect.

After an update to Firefox 3.6 around July 28, 2010 the computer stopped connecting automaticall on start up to the DSL, IE 8 does allow the connection to happen automatically on start up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn computer on
2.Observe that Windows 7 shows DSL can not connect, says its a wrong IP address
3.Manually click on the DSL and it will connect
Actual Results:  
After manually clicking the DSL icon on the task bar it connects to the DSL properly
