Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Turn computer on 2.Observe that Windows 7 shows DSL can not connect, says its a wrong IP address 3.Manually click on the DSL and it will connect Actual Results: After manually clicking the DSL icon on the task bar it connects to the DSL properly
