Details

User is able to Report a post, selecting 'Other reason' without filling any field data. 1) Select any question> Click 'Report this post' 2) Click 'Other' expected: unable to submit report without 'Other' reason actual: report submitted

I don't really think this is a problem. "Other" is a legitimate reason and the details are nice, but not strictly necessary.
