When not choose "use small icons" in toolbar customization, and add lasspass addon button into the main toolbar, the height of the big back button will scale up a little thus no longer looks as a perfect circle but a ellipse.

Same thing not happen on firefox 3.6.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install lastpass addon.
2. Customize the toolbar, drag the lastpass button to the toolbar, make sure "use small icons" is not selected.
3. Finish customizing, notice the size of the back button.
Actual Results:  
Back button size wrong

Expected Results:  
Should remain unchanged

Sorry, to be more correct, not only the back button height scaled up, but also other firefox built in button will. It is just easier to notice that the shape of the round back button is not normal.

You are correct that all icons stretches. This is not isolated to lastpass add-on though, this will be the same for all add-ons which are using older and bigger icon size. I have filed my ticket, which describes a general problem of not having big icons anymore. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=644973

This should be fixed by the landing of the patch in bug 571454. 
Please check the latest Nightly and if you still see this bug feel free to reopen it. Thanks
