Personas does not appear correctly, it partially leaves the default gray theme in the middle, and partially reveals the selected persona on the bottom half where tabs and the bookmark toolbar is. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall, and it still happens. I've tried just disabling it, and re-enabling it, and it still doesn't work. I've tried all types of personas, and none of them work right.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Firefox
2.Select a Persona

Actual Results:
The persona selected will partially be visible under the awesomebar, where the bookmark toolbar & tabs are visible. However, a gray area (default) will always be shown where the awesomebar and google search bar are.

Expected Results:
The persona should completely be shown rather than partially.

This bug effects the default theme.
