One may expose this functionality through UI later (as additional options to the View -> Page Style menu, for example) and make it remembered on per-site basis. This would be helpful by providing more accessibility options to the users, and for development - testing the accessibility (regarding optional color/font styling, while keeping the layout) of a page/document.
