enable "Open new windows in a new tab instead"

in Windows, at google search result page, click on one link, navigate to a new tab and open the link

but

in linux, at google search result page, click on one link, the link is opened in current tab

1.enable "Open new windows in a new tab instead"
2.in Windows, at google search result page, click on one link, navigate to a new tab and open the link
3.in linux, at google search result page, click on one link, the link is opened in current tab
