First I'll try staggering the nightly times; reverting to bash is a second option.

I think this is actually staging nightlies and production nightlies clobbering each other (all trigger at 4am). So staggering the nightly times seems like the best solution; staging should differ from production.

Plus, I've shut off debsign staging for the moment.

Verified nightly updates on the repo is working again. Against http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/repos/trunk_multi/.
