You filed this bug on Aug 3 and the video uploaded to V.M.O. (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=583944#c1) is dated Aug 2.

Also the new file is 5.7 MB and the file on V.M.O. is 5.8 MB , same as the older file from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=583944#c1

You might have not uploaded the new file correctly.
