When the print preview dialog is open, open a link from an external program, the page content is shown in the print preview dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one web page.
2. In "File" menu, click "Print Preview"
3. Leave the print preview dialog open, Open a link from an external program, example, run "start http://www.google.com" in command line (make sure firefox is your default browser).

Actual Results:  
The page is opened in the print preview dialog, the normal firefox menu, tool bar, address bar, are disappeared.

the only way to get rid of this, is switch to the tab which you are print preview-ed, and click the "Close" button in the print preview dialog.
Maybe this is duplicate of old Bug 177491
