Questions are being displayed with oldest-first rather than newest first.
It looks like there's at least one Question.save() call that should have no_update set, and doesn't, meaning that the original ordering is getting reverse. I'm also not seeing the updated date get set at all. Using the created date or the created date of the last post is better than using datetime.now.
