16:01 < vlad> if your browser crashes very quickly after loading a page, we
              might record the URL, but the page title will show as
              "about:blank"
16:01 < vlad> because that was the title before the page actually loaded
16:02 < vlad> so you don't know that you have that bad URL in your session
              restore, so you keep crashing! yay!

Suggestion: show the URL if the title is "about:blank" or actually blank?

I've never seen this in recent years so I think it's long gone (bug 586068 closed for firefox 4) and stand in for vlad with WFM
