Hangs when scrolling the page in some websites

Hang is observed when scrolling the inner windows in a site.It hangs for some 5 minutes and recovers.But again if we keep the mouse on the area of inner windows,it hangs again.It hangs only the current window.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to some websites were internal scroll windows are present
2.scroll the page
3.
Actual Results:
Sometime the current window alone hangs
Expected Results:
It should scroll the page properly
