Text formatting of comments in this particular forum evaluate incorrectly when hovered over with the mouse

While viewing any thread in this particular forum, if you hover over the text of a comment, all of the text making up that comment, including the poster's name, post header and footer, etc, become underlined.

After you move your mouse away, the display of the post goes back to normal.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the example web page
2. Hover your mouse over any of the comments
3. Notice that the text of the comment suddenly displays as underlined text.
Actual Results:  
The text making up that post suddenly appears underlined.

Expected Results:  
Firefox appears to be ignoring the proper text formatting of the forum.
