Details

For getting the android testing infrastructure setup and off the ground, lets disable e10s (at least for mochitest).  We do this by adding:
--setpref="browser.tabs.remote=false"

to the cli args.

Lets not close this bug until we have turned e10s back on.
this bug was for a concept of e10s prior to what we have now
