Ed,

I had this code implemented partially some time back. I finished this and would
like to get this checked in. Pls look at the attachment and let me know if I
have r=a=edburns.

Don't do dynamic creation of instances outside of a method.  Perhaps put in the
constructor?

Otherwise r=a=edburns.

Verified with: mozilla branch Netscape61_RELEASE and blackwood branch 
JAVADEV_6_1_20010831 under Sparc Solaris 2.8, Linux 2.2 SMP and NT 4.0.
Right click event worked good.
