The fix to the variable formatting in extensions.properties from restartToEnable to restartToEnable2 didn't make it into the Korean localization, %1$%는 %2$S 재시작후 재사용 가능합니다. should be %1$S는 %2$S 재시작후 재사용 가능합니다. Note the s/%/S/ in the first variable. As this busts the UI, I'm rejecting the current sign-off.
