Description

I'm getting consistent high CPU usage (full 1 core of Turion X2 Ultra) with the following site:
http://www.csszengarden.com/?cssfile=/202/202.css&page=1

The bug only happens when the page is showing.

The page is completely static, seems to me no animations are in it.
This high CPU usage makes the browser respond sluggishly, with about 0.5s-1s delays on actions.

Not seeing excessive cpu usage from Mozilla's build - Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b4pre) Gecko/20100808 Minefield/4.0b4pre
Radosław, do you still see this issue?

Not anymore in new nightlies or 53.0, they're fine.
