Details
Part 1 was 580534; it ended up just implementing LIR_cmovd, which was a prereq for the actual inlining.

Nb: this is much less important now -- UnboxDouble and UnboxInt32 are currently not used because none of the callers to unbox_double() set the 'force_double' parameter. This change occurred after JM landed.
