Hello!

As you can see in the screenshot of the URL, when the browser is directed to a securesite, you can see the secure url bar (in yellow) has a bit of a displacement on windows vista/7 aero/basic theme. Once a secure site is accessed, it appears the "yellow bar" overlaps the original URL location bar causing very visible displacement on a vista/7 machine. I strongly encourage that this bug gets resolved quick, for it is the default theme in SeaMonkey. and will benifit the impression of the product. The majority of users out there (specially new pc users) now use the vista aero/basic themes by default.

Interesting enough, displacement does not show on XP machines.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use SeaMonkey 2.0 on Windows Vista/7 using the Aero/Basic Theme
2. Log on to a Secure Site (Example: addons.mozilla.org)
3. Notice the Yellow bar overlapping the original location bar.
Actual Results:
Yellow Bar Overlaps.

Expected Results:
Yellow Bar should be within the the actual URL bar

You guys rock! Keep up the great work!
