STR: 1. Load http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byversion/Firefox/4.0b4pre or http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/topcrasher/byversion/Firefox/4.0b3 2. Receive the error message: Unable to load data - System error, please retry in a few minutes There also seems to be an issue trying load 3.6.8 data as it the tab says "loading" but I never see the data actually load.
The 3.6.8 crash query never finishes, and I keep getting a The connection was reset - The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading error.
I get the unable to load data error on 3.6.8 too. This error is generated when the topcrasher web service doesn't return anything. Can IT please confirm the web services are running in prod?

Should be working now. The service was down when I tried the staging upgrades. I backed it off and am going to deploy on a different machine.

(In reply to comment #3) > Should be working now. Verified fixed - I can get the data fine now.
