I cannot find a property in some DOM interfaces which can identify the object. For example, in IE extension development, I can use HWND to mark every Window/Tab, however I cannot do the same thing in Gecho, no value can be used to mark two different tabs.

Windows have ids.  You can get them via nsIDOMWindowUtils (though not on the branch).
