Build Identifier: 

Currently I have Firefox 4b3 Build 3 Turkish, and Sync 1.4.4b1
installed.

Clicking on Addons > Firefox Sync > Preferences button gives me the
following error, and Sync doesn't work at all (no UI and not syncing):

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Firefox menu > "Özelleştir" > "Eklentiler"
2. Click "Tercihler" for Firefox Sync
Actual Results:  
Error dialog appears.

Expected Results:  
Sync tab should have opened in Firefox Preferences dialog.

Quick update:
Same error with Firefox 4b3 (final) Turkish and Sync 1.4.4b2.
