If i set a tab to application tab and then i close it and reopen it appears under the other tabs. I think it's a layout question.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a tab
2. Set it to application tab
3. close it
4. Reopen it
5. It's under the other tabs


Expected Results:  
It must be in the same position
Can you please try this with a clean profile?
