all platforms. builds 2000-10-30-09-MN6. skins issue.
1. Go to http://jimbob/jars/f_skin_egypt.html. Installs skin using manifest.rdf 
method.
2. Press Install button in "Egypt skin install" page.
3. In skins install dlog, press OK.
4. After Egypt skin is installed, go to http://jimbob/trigger3.html. This is an 
XPInstall trigger page.
5. Select any item from one of the menus (e.g. a_addtestfile).
6. Press Trigger button.
7. In the "Items to Install" confirmation dlog, press OK. (note on WinNT, 
sometimes the .xpi name doesn't appear in the dlog).
Result: On Mac & Linux, the dlog hangs. Sometimes hangs on WinNT, but when the 
.xpi name doesn't appear in the confirm dlog, nothing happens.
Expected: The .xpi should be triggered. dlog should be dismissed after install.

Invalid for now, this theme is still a PR2 theme and is not expected to work 
everywhere until it has been updated.
