contextual menu "Copy Link Location", on a hyperlink, doesn't copy anything. The clipboard is unchanged.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy some text in the clipboard
2. right click on a hyperlink
3. click on "Copy Link Location"
4. paste the clipboard somewhere
Actual Results:  
the content of the clipboard is unchanged

Expected Results:  
The target of the hyperlink should have been copied to the clipboard
