When replying to email, I often either hit the "reply" button by reflex when I meant to do a reply to all, or change my mind during the writing of the email on whether it should be a "reply" or "reply to all". Right now, I have to either close the compose window and open a new one by using the other reply button, or cut and paste / delete additional email addresses.

It'd be nice if the UI supported a way to change one's mind during message composition. Possibilities to do this include: 1) a GUI element that switches between reply and reply to all in the compose window or, 2) a way to toggle additional emails of the reply to all on of off.
