Occasionally, when a user prints an email in a Courier IMAP Inbox, only the Subject and a single line prints.

It's almost like it's printing a selection, but nothing is highlighted in the email (in fact, the email isn't open and the user doesn't use the preview pane).

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Highlight a message in the Inbox
2. Choose to print it, sight unseen
3. Message prints out properly.

Actual Results:  
Message sometimes prints just a subject and one line.
Ex:
Fwd: Re: Additional Insured

The above is all that appears in the printout, however, the message is much longer.

Expected Results:  
The entire message should be printed

A second print request will fix it every time.  Happens completely randomly.

This is the one that I made reference to.  This is the plain message from courier, not forwarded or tampered with.
