Window flash should not occur when previewing tabs with Aero Peek

Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hover over an Aero Peek thumbnail. That tab is previewed, but a flash occurs and some toolbar border pixels disappear or shift.
Possible causes:
1. Incomplete/improper toggling of active/inactive state of the window.
2. Style sheet funkiness (adjustments to styling with :-moz-window-inactive might fix this).
(I'll attach some screenshots tomorrow.)

Nope. Don't have a Windows machine to work with at the moment. Will do in a week or so when I get one.
