User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:2.0b3) Gecko/20100805 Firefox/4.0b3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:2.0b3) Gecko/20100805 Firefox/4.0b3

When starting Firefox, the UI is shown but my tabs are still loading. If I try moving the window at that moment, it freezes for a while, then moves but all toolbars and the title bar are black, with buttons/tabs dark gray. When moving the window again the title bar is the standard Windows one, without the new orange "Firefox" drop-down menu; it is too high and gets half hidden by the navigation buttons. The "Firefox" menu is shown on hover.

Restarting Firefox solves the problem.

Happened twice, once with beta2 once with beta3
May be related to Bug 555950

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a firefox that has enough tabs open (20?)
2. Move the window before all tabs are loaded
3.
Actual Results:
Freeze for a while, then black toolbars

Expected Results:
No freeze, normal background colour and title bar
Severity: minor → S4
