See testcase, the page is black, even though, I haven't specified any blackness on that page. You'll notice an input on the page. This input is repeated for some reason, when you scroll down. Not sure when this regressed. Perhaps with the retained layers landing.

Yes, it regressed between 2010-07-14 and 2010-07-16, so I guess a regression from bug 564991.

Never mind, it also happens with display: block.

No need for <input>. Minimal margin-top to trigger the bug here is 8388578px (with default font-size 16px and body margin 8px)
Zooming both testcases has interesting results (doesn't clear previous screen)
