I've been meaning to file this for a while. I basically can't use minefield w/ myfax.com to send faxes because the file upload fails all the time. Myfax detects some unspecified error, but there's not useful diagnostics I can get. sorry, no time right now to test other versions of firefox, but figured filing a lousy bug better than not at all.
