With a clean profile clicking the Visual Tab button will open tab view with one group, the welcome video and the two welcome tabs.

The two welcome tabs are overlaid in the bottom right corner so one is hidden and their text is mixed together.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make clean profile, load firefox and click visual tab button

Actual Results:  
 observe overlaid placement of welcome tabs in bottom corner

tabs should be spaced out properly or already grouped.
