In http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/ku/file/ffd2a5d90c44/browser/chrome/browser/syncSetup.dtd#l50, <!ENTITY syncModeSwitchDesc.accesskey "&"> creates an xml parsing error. I'll reject the sign-off for b4 based on this problem.
Was fixed in Narro and commited from there.
