OGG audio does not have a video area. The volume control bar, that would be inside the video area of OGG video, was outside the area of native audio player. That means if I want to change the volume, my mouse cursor would have to go outside the native audio player to reach the volume control. Since the volume control bar automatically disappear if my cursor is not hovering the playback control area + video area, nobody could use volume control with native audio. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the URL I provided 2. Wait until the audio player is loaded. 3. Try to use volume control of it. Actual Results: The volume control disappear before my mouse touch it. Expected Results: I can use the volume control bar when my mouse is hovering the volume control bar.
