Folder in the bookmarks is named "Create folder" when I add new bookmark, but this folder is not available in the menu "bookmarks"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add new bookmark
2.Look at folders
3.Find a folder "create folder"
Summary: Folder in the bookmarks is named "new folder" when I add new bookmark → Folder in the bookmarks is named "create folder" when I add new bookmark
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
The folder was probably not in the bookmarks menu, but in the toolbar or other bookmarks. Alternately there could have been some corruption or other issue caused. Unfortunately there's not enough information to go on here. Please feel free to re-open or file a new bug if there is still an issue.
