When there are Application Tabs open on close, App Tabs are reopened on the next start, but Home page is opened also and it have the focus.

But If you have an App Tab, maybe you want to check it before your home page.
The problem is greater if you chose to open an empty tab on start.

So adding an option that permit to open only App Tabs on restart and, if none, your home page, could avoid this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open at least one App Tab
2.Close and reopen Firefox

Actual Results:
App Tab and Home Page are open and the focus in on Home Page (normal tabs)
Assuming we get everything with app tabs done that we want, this problem should just go away.
