When going to certificated web sites, Firefox is returning an untrusted certificate based on dates in 2011 which requires an exception process. 100% of websites cause this
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. just go to a certificated website.

Actual Results:
I must create an exception to security certificate for that website
accepted the certificate as valid
