That's causing an xml parsing error, gonna reject the sign-off on that.

Is this a narro software bug?
The access keys are assigned automatically if possible. There is an option to force ascii access keys, but in this case it's a bit hard, because there's no clue (the text is &brandShortName;) so I got nothing.

I fixed it for my locale: http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/ro/rev/57af333fdfc5

Will try to figure out a solution on the long run.
