In bug 587242 krupa made a collection named " " which gets the slug "". That's invalid.
Assignee: nobody → jbalogh
http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/96e4f5a QA: you can try to enter slugs like tags/ again. If it gets though I failed.
