I tried both browser versions and tried to start a SCORM module using

Blackboard Learning System - CE Enterprise License (Release CE 8.0.4) [18.0.4.54]

The SCORM module (online textbook) starts fine using 3.6.8 and won't start using 4.0b3.

The SCORM module we use is from Cengage Learning.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Start WebCT (Blackboard version listed above)
3. Attempt to start a SCORM module

Actual Results:
4.0b3 - SCORM module table of contents displays, but no additional content displays

Expected Results:
3.6.8 - SCORM module starts correctly displaying table of contents and content from a textbook chapter.

We have just a single online text delivered by a publisher via SCORM. However, if this bug applies to all SCORM modules, then 4.0b3 won't be usable with Learning Management Systems which use SCORM modules. 3.6 is currently certified for use with WebCT/Blackboard, so I don't know whether or not the WebCT/Blackboard people have started any testing with 4.0b3.
