Details

Currently graph server sends a list of (branch_id, machine_id, test_id) tuples that enumerate all possible data series to display.  This list is quite large, even if you just look at recent data.

Instead, it should send a list of available branches, available machines, available platforms and available tests.  This will be much smaller, and faster to deal with on the client.
