Currently App Tabs are just listed in about:sessionrestore. They aren't restored until after your session is restored.

I think once (if?) App Tabs are the same in each window (bug 587873), then they should be restored independent of about:sessionrestore.

That could be bad though (if an app tab is causing the crash) so it might be that we need to have a separate group in the tab list for app tabs.

I think that by default after a crash, starting a new session should include your app tabs. As it stands right now, if you start a new session after a crash, your app tabs are gone.

I actually think current behavior is OK. Not ideal, but since we aren't going to make app tabs global, then this is less of an issue.
