588175 - The "changed after" searches do not include bugs which have an attachment added to them

I have a search which shows me all the bugs assigned to me which have been changed in the past two weeks.  Today I noticed that a bug which I added an attachment to just today (and did not have any other changes in the past two weeks) was not showing up in the results of that search.  As soon as I made another change to the bug (changed its status from NEW to ASSIGNED) it started showing up in the list.

This is pretty big, I would have missed that bug otherwise.

There are a lot of problems with various sorts of boolean charts that will hopefully be fixed in 4.2.

I cannot reproduce in 3.6.3 using these exact STR. The bug I just attached a file to correctly appears in the buglist (and I checked it wasn't already in the buglist). Maybe something went wrong for another reason, e.g. a replication lag on b.m.o (queries are run against the shadow DB, not the main DB).
