When one performs a multi engine search and then chooses a search engine that is 
listed next to "View by Search Engine" at the top of the search results browser 
frame, the right hand scroll bar does not appear.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the MySidebar Search Tab to Advanced Mode
2. Choose multiple search engines and perform a search
3. Click one of the search engines buttons at the top of the results frame 
labeled: "View by Search Engine."

Actual Results:  no scroll bar appears.

Expected Results:  scroll bar should appear.

This may be similar to bug #1358 in Bugscape.
