STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   With Netscape Commercial build (Candidate 1) running on Linux displaying over
   Exceed on a Windows 2000 machine and a windows about 600x400, load:

 http://www.bath.ac.uk/%7Epy8ieh/internet/eviltests/htmlbodyheadrendering1.html

   Increase the size of your window.

ACTUAL RESULTS
   Some times, after resizing, the rendering goes all skewed. Bits are missing, 
   sections are missplaced, etc. Causing a re-paint fixed everything.

I could not reproduce this with the equivalent Netscape Commercial build on
Windows 2000 (same display). Screenshot with errors highlighted attached.

Confirmed on Linux 2000110206.

BTW. why is the 58835 in this bug in the sentence:

strikethrough? It is not fixed.

I can not reproduce this bug with 10/9/2001 trunk build on Linux.
