588408 - Flip4Mac WMV plugin immediately crashes plugin-container

Steps to reproduce:

1.Install the latest version of Flip4Mac, available here: http://dynamic.telestream.net/downloads/download-flip4macwmv.htm

2. Go to a page with an embedded wma file, such as http://www.cbc.ca/video/popup_nlp.html?http://www.cbc.ca/mrl3/8752/hourly/hourlyradionews.wma

Two things happen here:

- Firefox often hangs for a minute to 1:30.
- The plugin crashes
- Crash report: http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/b5b25708-3296-4c1f-926e-402072100818

As far as I can see, all windows media files crash. I haven't been able to find one that doesn't.
