User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b5pre) Gecko/20100818 Minefield/4.0b5pre

For the past few days I've been on a few pages where it takes 2 tries to go back a page. This includes the Back button, Back on the context menu, a mouse button that's set to go back. Basically anyway to go back a page.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to URL specified.
2.Find the link in red entitled 'eHow has instructions on how to build a Bailey Chair'
3.Click on link to go to that page in the same tab. Now go back a page and see if it takes 2 tries.
Actual Results:
I need two tries to go back a page.
Expected Results:
One try should be all that is needed.
As noted this is intermittent. Others I spoke to have the problem, others do not.

Here's another site where it takes two tries to go back a page.

Some more info:
If I am on page that requires 2 tries to go back and I execute a go back the first time the Forward button becomes 'active' too even though there is nothing forward. Even the context menu shows both Back and Forward.
Now if I click on the Forward button a second time it clears.
I also see what I would call phantom refreshes on these pages. The combo refresh/stop button will go from one state to the next even though nothing is happening.

When I'm on a site that has the problem and I right click on the Back arrow to see the history I see two instances of the page. So I guess when I go back I am going back to the 1st instance which is the same therefore the page doesn't change.(?)
IE8 has no problems going back with any of the sites I mentioned.

I've been seeing this as well, but I'm using the 3.6.9pre nightlies: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; compatible; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.9pre) Gecko/20100818 Namoroka/3.6.9pre
Something strange is going on here...

Discovered the problem was caused by a program I use called AdMuncher. It appears that 3.6.9 and above don't play nicely with AM. I've let the developer know about this.
