On minefield, only parts of the lasers glow. On safari, all of the lasers completely glow.

Our project could have afforded, and can afford now, the steps necessary to close the laser gap with Webkit.

here's a screenshot of part of the page, showing the problem -- the "glow" is missing on the lower part of the rightmost 3 pink lasers shown here. (And there's no glow at all on the horizontal blue lasers shown here)
